I am a dedicated Teacher Assistant focused on the student's safety, communication, and relationship building in the classroom. I am known for my effective communication skills and my calm, yet funny demeanor in the classroom. I feel that this really helps the classroom dynamic because it creates a respectful and encouraging environment for students to learn in. Along with this, I love collaborating and working with others. Especially with lesson plans because I love to hear others ideas. I always say, you never know what is the best method until you try it. Every student has different needs, so trying multiple methods can be very helpful to students and their learning. This can also allow the students to represent their learning in the best way for them.
