Pioneered and refined over 20 interactive multmedia tools to enhance both storytelling and the reader experience at the publication. This work included animated maps, timelines, image sliders, storymaps, audio embedding and coordinating multimedia content for special issues.

Conducted weekly reporting and copywriting across all sections at the Los Angeles Loyolan. Pioneered digital media storytelling tools and interactive data visualization. Produced long-form, investigative, breaking news, video journalism, follow up coverage and data journalism work.

Spent four weeks in Arles, France whilst tasked with connecting with a foreign community to produce journalistic work for an American audience. Conducted reporting in French and learned to work with an interpreter.

Served on the executive team to perform internal and external facing responsibilities. Helped lead a team of 60 staff members. Produced investigative reporting, pursued breaking news coverage and reported on two labor rights movements with persistent dedication to follow up reporting.

Led a team of student journalists dedicated to producing news, opinion and feature content under the focal theme of social justice. Revitalized a section to focus more on campus coverage that fostered greater engagement from the local audience.
