  • I worked there for three years and among those three I have learned a lot about the company and gained a lot of management skills, and I am Cross-Trained. (BOH and FOH)
  • Having become a trainer six months into working there, I have trained new members in different positions in the kitchen to fulfill the expectations of the company, and what it means to be part of the team. I have also expressed and shared to the new members what “sense of urgency” means to us and the company
  • I also became a BOH Shift Leader, leading my team into great success, and setting goals to help us meet our “SOS Goal” which is our “Speed of Service goal”. I also had the pleasure of getting to know the company better and knowing the ins and outs and the ups and downs. I had planned out my shifts beforehand to make sure that my plan for great success would be implemented and it makes sure that my shifts are running smoothly.
  • I had the pleasure of being the BOH Training Operations Manager. My job was to make sure that all new hires were trained in all positions in the back according to their age. I also did two-week check-ins with the new hires to see whether they were comfortable working with their assigned trainer or not, and if they needed any help with their training. I was also in charge of making sure that the other leaders and trainers were posting updates on trainees so I could update it in the trainees’ file.
  • I worked as a FOH Team Member, performing duties from cash register to bagging to desserts, etc. I worked well with other members in completing tasks that required members leaving their stations.
  • I learned all the talking points of all the promotional seasonal items.
  • I learned how to handle tough situations even when it felt uncomfortable
  • I performed one-on-ones when needed
  • I had meetings with other leaders communicating about ‘Next Steps’ in the company
