My position requires strong decision-making, attention to detail, and critical thinking, all of which are essential in managing high-pressure situations. I have received verbal recognition from members of the executive team for my ability to make effective, timely decisions during crises. I am often selected to mentor new staff and have successfully trained six team members on daily operational procedures. Additionally, I lead daily treatment meetings where youth are encouraged to share their treatment progress with peers.
