As a passionate animal lover, I took a two year course at Chantilly High School which involved hands-on learning, Veterinary medicine, learning the signs of behavior in animals, proper handling techniques, etc. Over time in the class room, I was showing leadership skills, being able to cooperate well with my teacher and classmates when I saw a problem or had a suggestion to make. I took in many valuable lessons and took suggestions or critics people have given me throughout those two years and applied the to make me the person I am today when working with animals. From my past job as a soccer referee, it also helped with communication skills when needing to talk to my other officials, coaches, players, etc. It taught me to recognize a problem quickly and to have fast thinking to be able to stop the problem immediately. I am good with managing my time as I like to put everything I have to do in my calender. I do have a lot of free time on my hands and I am always willing to step up to take an extra shift when needed.
