• Worked outside, mainly picked berries for the store. I also kept up with overall maintenance on the farm, like weeding, training plants, fixing netting, etc.
• I also occasionally helped with customer service when it was necessary. Here, I used the cash register, learned to mark down payments, and learned about overall customer satisfaction, and how to keep them happy.
• I worked here for two years before I became a field supervisor. This included making sure workers were keeping up with their tasks and reporting anything to my boss, if necessary.
• I made sure workers knew exactly what they were doing, and that they were doing their job correctly and efficiently.
• I was able to work here for around 5 years, since 8th grade, and I really appreciated the work.

• After working here for a while, I became well-informed of the routine and all the jobs that were done. I was able to train new workers and make sure they knew what they were doing and were doing it properly.

Gems is a girls club were they learn about God, make crafts and hang out. As a volunteer Junior Gems Counselor, I was in charge of a group along with another Counselor. Beforehand, we organized what we would be doing for the night. With these girls, we made crafts and helped them learn more about God. I learned organization, punctuality, creativity, and leadership. I really enjoyed working with these girls, and it was so special to be able to answer any of the girls' questions and check in on them every so often.
