Five-year bachelor's degree in Architecture in China, two-year master's degree in Architecture in University of Southern California, United States. After graduation, I worked in architectural design studio for two years in Los Angeles, and then returned to China to work in an architecture design firm for one year. After that, I have been engaged in the project management of luxury retail stores for two years. I have participated in and completed the project management and design developing of brands such as Cartier, Gucci, Valentino, Bvlgari and Dunhill. Familiar with the project management process, including Site Survey+Zoning, Tender Package Preparation, Procurement, Project management from kick off to completion, to ensure each project delivery on time with quality required, which including cross department coordination,external vendors and landlords communication, etc. Time, quality and cost control to the final delivery to client. With dual work experience in architectural design and interior project management, I have a more complete understanding of the rigorous and meticulous requirements and standards of luxury projects, and lead the team to coordinate various consultants and construction teams to cooperate with clients to achieve satisfactory delivery.
