Long Term Mission Trip

I lived in Kathmandu, Nepal for 2 years as a mission kid. We did diaster relief, refugee relief, brought people to the Lord, and helped work in the community garden.

Volunteer, Mission Trip 

June 2023 and 2024

I volunteered on this mission trip twice while in nursing school. I taught English to these children, and taught teenagers how to lead others, I was also on the medical team to help with any injuries throughout the day.

 President of Shorter Student Nursing Association

I am the President of the Nursing Association at Shorter University. In this organization I hold monthly meetings with our board as well as with the whole nursing association. We volunteer with the local community, find new ways to improve the community of the nursing program, and help transition the cohorts behind us into nursing school.

I have been a member of the local Student Government for 2 years while at Shorter. I have helped come up with new ideas for helping improve the campus life, and improve the way the campus looks. I have also helped with many events hosted by Shorter by volunteering and organizing many events.
