- Manage patients requiring the use of oxygenation equipment, such as BiPAP, Vapotherm, and high-flow oxygen.
- Administer medications, draw bloodwork, start IVs, and perform many other skills.
- Manage patients of medication drips like amiodarone and heparin.
- Administer certain push medications that are not allowed on other floors, such as IV Cardizem.
- Can perform blood draws and IV insertions with the ultrasound.
