  • Throughout my career I have helped in the advancement of many of my associates growth into leadership roles (4 supervisors and 5 managers) giving them the tools needed, inspiration, guidance and challenging them to there limits in some cases, but most importantly giving them there just do and accolades when earn so the other leaders know there worth.


  • Became the lead/liaison of the Night Operation Assistant Managers for the district (11 stores) in my 3rd, 4th and 5th year in position which entailed all communication, implementation of new processes and monthly meetings for the district.


  • Best performing store for 4 years (beat % to sales by an avg. of 8% , beat margins 4.6, beat shrink goal by .6, customer satisfaction and safety metrics exceeded 6 years straight.) with my oversight of 4 departments.


  • Top #3 multiple times and number #1 twice in efficiency (inside/outside receiving, inventory teams/IMA's, and pallets worked per hour) with teams running from 20 - 27 associates that were directly under my supervision.


  • Created a signage protocol with freight team for three of the heavy machinery departments, the process became SOP for the district and not soon for the region with that level making some changes to many template. Even though I liked mine better.
