Accomplishments

Starting off as a mentor, I’ve naturally evolved into the unofficial mentor manager due to my initiative, leadership, and commitment to team development. With the support of upper management I’ve been able to assign Office Coordinators to guide and support new hires through their onboarding process. To ensure structure and accountability, We’ve created a detailed week-by-week progress guideline that allows mentors and new hires to stay aligned on key milestones and expectations. This tool also includes a tracking component to monitor both the new hire’s growth and the mentor’s performance, allowing me to assess how efficient and effective each mentorship pairing is. By doing this, I’ve helped improve our onboarding process, ensured consistency in training, and contributed to better team integration and retention.
