• Last project 2: Fiserv was upgrading its Mainframe environment to COBOL 5. Fraud management tool had to be upgraded. Lead/Managed SAS, Fiserv and Synchrony Financial business and IT teams to upgrade Fraud management software provided by SAS to Synchrony. Work with DW Warehouse (DW) teams to incorporate for additional fields to be stored. This upgraded software helped Synchrony Financial to save millions of dollars from Fraud and help Synchrony for better authentication and decision of transactions.
• Last Project 3: Mainframe application teams had to change from FICO to Vantage 4.0. Managed a team of 35+ people for this project.
