  • Manages all aspects of the casting process for park venue roles and major events including Halloween Horror Nights, Grinchmas, Mardi Gras, and Universal’s Holiday Parade, and Universal's Mega Movie Parade.
  • Oversees audition planning, staffing, scheduling, and marketing while ensuring alignment with budget and compliance standards.
  • Oversees all offers in progress and assists in preventing or resolving operational conflicts and crossover. Ensures all communication to our partners and performers follows Universal Orlando policies and procedures.
  • Facilitates performer hiring, coordinates training for audition staff, and provides feedback for performance evaluations.
  • Collaborates with Show Direction to plan and execute assigned projects including audition review, candidate scoring, callback planning and flow, post-callback casting approvals, and providing efficient communication with all necessary counterparts within Universal Orlando.
  • Provides guidance and insight to all Entertainment Operations Venue Managers needs regarding talent needed, rehearsal space/rehearsal timeline, and releases required to extend offers.
  • Creates and maintains Excel documents to support all casting efforts. Assists Casting Managers and Show Direction with administrative duties, as needed.

  • Assisted staging and rigging technicians during shows by following cues called by the stage manager, presetting the stage and props for each show, and maintained a clean environment on stage and back stage
  • Established relationships with all partners in ColorVision, costuming, hair, and makeup to ensure our performers had everything they need to make it to set on time
