• Work with education team to evaluate individual needs of families in program and tailor programming accordingly (ie. needed accommodations).

• Provided intensive case management to youth and families with disabilities.
• Provided individualized support to individuals with disabilities and other barriers in securing and maintaining employment.
• Conducts Vocational Assessments to assist youth in obtaining summer employment that match their skills, interests, and abilities.
• Hosts and organized monthly training to educate youth and families on financial and personal interdependence.

• Establishing and maintaining community partnerships to promote families access to services that support their children's learning and development.
• Worked with parents on translating materials for families, job resumes, securing jobs, insurance for children, applying to college and vocational schools, single parent families, and Kindergarten registration through frequent parent visits.

• Collaborate with local Elementary programs to ensure children have smooth transitions from preschool to Kindergarten.

• Provided protective foster care and supportive services for abused or neglected children.
• Investigating suspected child abuse and neglect cases but making on-site visits, and interviewing parties involved.
• Determining if investigative findings merit an opening of a protective service, foster care, or supportive service case.
• Developed case plans to establish goals, objectives, tasks and time frames for all parties involved.
