  • Recruitment Support:
    I assist in the recruitment process by posting job requisitions, scheduling interviews, and managing communication between managers and candidates. I also facilitate the new hire orientations.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and paper). Ensure compliance with HR-related laws and policies, including confidentiality of sensitive data.

  • HR Reporting & Data Analyst: I am the main point of contact for creating HR reports and analyzing employee data, providing insights for management decision-making. Track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment statistics.
  • FMLA: When an employee requests leave or when i become aware of a need for leave, i provide the employee with an FMLA packet, including the eligibility notice and rights and responsibilities. I keep track of all FMLA absences via a system called Stratustime.
