In this role, I oversee operations in the community banking space for all 6 locations within Bank of Central Florida. My job duties include, creating policy and procedure and implementing them, training, over seeing cash handling, ordering, and shipments, making sure monthly and quarterly audits are competed, creating schedules, conducting interviews, participating on different projects committees. I work closely with the banking staff to insure training is up to date, and policies, procedures and federal regulations are being followed.

• As a Branch Operations Partner, I currently oversee 8 branches and partner with the branch teammates, Area Leaders, Region Leaders, and Operations Leadership, to ensure teams are compliant, mitigate risk, and coach to policy and procedure. I also prepare materials for meetings to include PowerPoint presentations, emails, and coaching material. I visit the 8 branches to ensure teams are meeting audit standards and form action plans for areas of opportunity. My role is a leadership role. I also oversee security training and emergency procedures annually for all 8 branches. I also have responsibilities that require me to keep information confidential.

• As the branch coordinator I oversee the operations in the branch. I supervise the tellers behind the teller line as well as manage the vault cash. I'm in charge of paperwork on a daily basis making sure everyone is in compliance and everything is in balance. I oversee the training of new hires and making sure the on boarding process is completed properly and in a timely manner. I coach my teammates when there are any changes and make sure those changes are implemented properly. I work closely with the Branch Leader to ensure all policies are being followed properly and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. I work closely with clients as needed an offer excellent customer service.

• Maintains cash drawer. Assist clients with accounts etc; over scheduling of associates. Does daily reports to maintain good audit standards

• Key holder; opened and closed store. Made cash deposits and over saw cashiers and stockers.
