Through my 11 years for banking experience I have been able to move up through several positions. I feel that my skills, knowledge and experience show that I am a strong candidate to handle operations, not just within the financial industry, but in any corporate environment. I enjoy bringing my knowledge to the table and apply it to improve, support, and grow within my workplace. I have excellent communication and leadership skills, and take pride in my work.
In this role, I oversee operations in the community banking space for all 6 locations within Bank of Central Florida. My job duties include, creating policy and procedure and implementing them, training, over seeing cash handling, ordering, and shipments, making sure monthly and quarterly audits are competed, creating schedules, conducting interviews, participating on different projects committees. I work closely with the banking staff to insure training is up to date, and policies, procedures and federal regulations are being followed.
