• Conducts client intakes to develop individual needs assessments.
• Provides direct services and non-attorney services to victims of crime, including, but not limited to, case management, crisis intervention, trial preparation, court accompaniment, advocacy, CICB applications, service referrals, and support.
Provides ongoing case management services, including, but not limited to, in-person meetings, advocacy with police, the State's Attorney, and other community resources for victims of crime.
• Coordinates with victim service agencies statewide through community collaboration. • Coordinates intra-agency services with MCVRC legal and clinical staff.
• Collaborates with MCVRC attorneys to address the legal needs of each client.
Accurate record-keeping and data entry of client cases and files.
• Assists in event planning for all MCVRC events related to victims' rights and services.
• Assists in maintaining a case management system by ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry of assigned clients' cases and files.
• Assists with grant reporting by ensuring the accuracy of data.
• Represents MCVRC at meetings and events, conducting presentations as needed.
• Provides outreach on behalf of MCVRC.
• Supports the agency's mission.
