● Make courtesy calls to the candidate and explain the steps to take for testing.
● Schedule reasonable suspicion and post-accident testing when requested by the client and delivering the results in a timely fashion.
● Run the necessary background packages through Sterling, for each client that requires them as part of their hiring process.
● Collecting ID’s and completing section 2 of candidate’s I-9 through the I-9 service portal.
● Ensure client pre-employment requirements, polices and documents regarding onboarding are kept current/valid with compliance departments.
● Update the candidate tracker (ACT) with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start.
