Reported specific details of accidents to insurance adjusters and thoroughly investigated each accident to ensure where the liability fell. Often times, found said workers compensation claim was false which resulted in cost savings for the company.
  • Created a system to update Terminal Managers daily with results of background checks, drug tests and job specific test results.
  • Handled all logistics for new hire employee training classes and hotel stay in Chicago for classes of 4-6 new hires on a weekly basis.
  • Almost 100% success rate for training class completion.
  • Entered employee information in the designated areas in Standard Forwarding and DHL’s system.
  • Completed New Hire Orientation and New Hire Paperwork for each new employee.

  • Formulated a range of electronic PRO’s and sent to customers that requested them with Mode 7 to track freight coming and going.
