Accomplishments

Awards and Acknowledgements

  • Was assigned to my first home unit the 332nd ROC (rear operations center) in Berlin, WI in 2011. Every 2 years the Army Conducts a bilateral Command post exercise with the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force called Yama Sakura to maintain allies in tandem with the WW2 peace treaty. During this Exercise, simulated war game scenarios and operations are conducted to train for possible catastrophic future events involving Japanese and US Military bases in and around Japan. In 2012 I was a part of this large - scale exercise and received my first Army Achievement metal for performing responsibilities way outside my rank and skill level. As well as receiving the only Japanese Acknowledgement Coin for my performance and dedication to achieve the best possible outcomes even under severe circumstances. This coincided with my willingness to understand and operate with the Japanese personnel even when the communication was limited due to no translators being present at the Joint Command Center at the time.
  • At one of my favorite jobs with Performance Driven Workforce in Colorado mountain territory. I was the only driver on my shift allowed to talk directly with the customers (Ford, Mercedes, Nissan) in order to solve and clarify problems with the vehicles. My supervisor told me directly that she trusts my professionality and knowledge to communicate with the customers clearly in the way that meets her and the company’s standards.
  • In the spring of 2015 my current unit at the time the 457 th Chemical Company in WI, was called to respond to and assist decontamination operations and limit spread of the bird flu outbreak which was taking a toll on several key poultry farms all over the Midwest. I was one of the soldiers to volunteer to provide assistance and guidance in decontamination operations working with members of the department of agriculture and civilian hazardous waste facilities. Our squad was assigned to use a specialized, military grade, pressure washers to decontaminate and kill any viral/biological contaminates left on the vehicles and personnel going in and out of the control zones on the contaminated poultry farms. Several weeks into decontamination operations one of the few specialized pressure washers went down and was scheduled to be fixed resulting in cease of almost all military and civilian operations. Using common sense and critical, problem solving skills. I fixed the specialized piece of equipment myself saving millions in tax payer dollars and large amounts of time that would have been lost in the wait of specialized maintenance.
  • As my own hobby and passion. I provide information and guidance about constitutional/natural rights, technology and health awareness on several social media outlets. Some of this information and guidance includes direct, verbal communication with agents of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
  • Currently am a student at Center for Technology Training(CTT) to get IT certifications as well as out for my own curiosity about the subject(s).
