  • Contract maintenance service through GSA (General Service Administration) Government agency. I worked for 3 companies where my employment ended with CMI. Responsibilities: Performed PMs (preventive maintenance), repairs of hvac Equipment such as carrier chillers, MacQuay air handlers, Marley cooling towers, Aerco boilers and AO Smith water heaters and water treatment systems. Other general repairs included electrical, plumbing, Doors, security barriers and arm gates, security doors and fire alarm systems. Operation monitored by BAS (building automation systems).

  • By following the environmental guidelines established excellent safety record mandated by MSHA, I was responsible for providing lube service to open pit mining drills and shovels in a copper mining industry. Other responsibilities involved helping the mechanics perform general repairs on mining shovels as part of the call crew. Worked a shift schedule of 12 hours days and nights. Worked in adverse weather conditions through out the year and performed tasks in heights of 20 to 40 feet high. Had some training in the operation of cranes, basket trucks and rigging. My main responsibility was to operate the radiation machine known as the BEAM. In the beam process developed ways to improve the efficiency and training of the process earning awards for all.
  • I worked 8 years in the injection molding department and 4 years in the varistor ceramic department. Supervised 10 operators as the lead operator in each department. Scheduled all work centers to maintain daily production goals. I was responsible for training and troubleshooting of all machinery and equipment. Interfaced with deferent levels of management, engineers, technicians, and vendors. Other tasks involved writing operator performance reviews. Received several merits for process improvements. I was involved with the certification of the ISO9000 for the injection molding process writing procedures and quality testing applications.
