Worked as a field RN for 5 year before accepting the job as ADON where I held that position for 13 years. I have currently been serving as DON for Falls Home Health for the last 4 years.

Home infusion of IV antibiotics, hydration and IVIG. Worked with area Home Health agencies on education of home IV therapy and administration, PICC line insertions, PICC line site care/maintenance

• Administered medications via oral, IV, and intramuscular injections and monitored responses.
• Administered medications and treatment to patients and monitored responses while working with healthcare teams to adjust care plans.

• Worked as a Ward Clerk, CNA, Graduate Nurse and a Registered Nurse on a Med-Surg unit
• Worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room Department
