Summary

My mission is to manage and develop programs that are specific to behavioral health. I also have a strong passion for supporting professionals and developing their skills and knowledge of behavioral health in our community. I have developed a strong desire to work with individuals who have co-occurring needs and difficulty functioning in the community. I also have a desire to help individuals that face a combination of complex challenges when reintegrating into the community. I want to work for an organization that will help further my goals and that will compliment my ten plus years of experience as a Behavioral health specialist and six years as a lead/supervisor. I desire to find a challenging position to meet my competencies, capabilities, skills education, and experience.

  • Monitor and oversee all team operations, lead regular team clinical meetings, and supervise all PACT team members (excluding psychiatric care providers), on a weekly basis through group and/or individual supervision (each supervision must be at least 40 minutes in length)
