Laine Kneisler

• Led weekly troop meetings, fostering teamwork and leadership skills among scouts.
• Created engaging outdoor programs, enhancing scouts' survival skills and environmental awareness.
• Designed, fundraised, managed an entire Eagle scout project by my self.
• Mentored new incoming scouts, empowering them to take initiative and develop leadership capabilities.
• Regularly go to event for clean up/fix ups around town. I have over 350+ hours in service hours throughout my scouting career.

I participated in the Philmont Scout ranch experience with another unit and as we backpacked out trip we stopped for a day to do our service project. Our service project was about fixing up and expanding a trail from the top of a steep slope to the bottom of the hill. It took hours of hard work. Which required focus, communication, team work, leadership skills and overall brute strength. At the end of the day our group had expanded the trail farther than any other group had during that week!

During the trip i also was the groups Chaplin. so i gave prayers before meals and gave our unit a make shift church sermon on Sunday before our trip ended.
