I am a Kinesiology major set to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in May 2025. While my studies have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of human movement and rehabilitation, I have developed a deep passion for advancing my education in sports psychology. My goal is to bridge the gap between physical and mental well-being, equipping athletes with the tools to enhance both their performance and resilience.
With a strong foundation in exercise science, hands-on experience in rehabilitation, and growing expertise in athletic psychology, I am eager to apply my knowledge in a dynamic setting that prioritizes both physical and mental health. I am committed to contributing to an environment that fosters peak athletic performance through a holistic approach to well-being.
