With over 18 years of experience as an Education Administrator, including 13 years in Education Leadership, I am excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise and goal-oriented approach. Holding a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling for Education, I have a strong background in creating a cohesive student/teacher learning environment. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with teachers on differentiated instruction and provided training models for accommodations/modifications for students. My experience spans both general education and special population settings within the school system. Additionally, as a skilled Solution-focused Counselor, I have successfully assisted clients in overcoming personal challenges and coping with triggering situations. My focus is on facilitating exploration of issues, developing individualized plans, and equipping individuals with crucial skills.   • I worked closely with College Board by being Pasadena Memorial HS SSD Coordinator and the 504 Campus Coordinator.
