Performing of venipuncture to obtain blood specimens and collect non-blood specimens for laboratory testing. Handling the lifting, pushing, pulling, and delivery of phlebotomy equipment, data entry, maintaining records, empathetic customer service, & biohazard transport. Maintaining possession of DOT certification and exhibiting universal precautions. Completion of health histories & questionnaires.

Strategizing sales renovations for high-performance, overseeing all operations of the bases from start, management of customer relations and retention rates of customer return. Increasing brand awareness through advertising and marketing, store wide & digitally. Maintaining knowledge of up-to-date trends for maximum sales. Money management, cash handling, and fulfilling customers orders while tracking inventory and stocking.

Transcribing medication/lab orders of physicians. Light admission duties, not limited to the intake and discharge of patients, chart keeping, & daily census. Administrative duties, such as, monitoring the multi-line phone system, while maintaining security of a locked unit. I also assisted the psychiatric patients and adolescence with their daily needs, monitored their homicidal/suicidal tendencies, completed safety checks, charting and holding activity groups.

Worked along side of the facility’s management & admissions team. Handled facility and discharges, family council, & resolving any and all facility concerns. Handled accounts receivable for resident bill payment, facility’s purchasing and transactions.

Maintained accurate records of patient care, condition, progress and concerns. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, helping patients maintain proper hygiene, feeding, medication passing, and assessing vital signs. Responding appropriately to the physical, emotional and developmental needs of patients while maintaining a clean, healthy and safe environment was mandatory. Scheduling and accompanying clients to medical appointments, patient transfer/ambulation, & assisting nurses with wound care for pressure ulcers, bed sores, and surgical site wounds.
