Duties performed but not limited to stabilizing prisoners suffering from falls, stab wounds or other injuries prior to hospital transfer, perform mental health evaluations, create and implement careplans, triage medical and mental health complaints, computerized medication pass per security regulations, document treatments, medications, discharge instructions and follow up care, provide skilled, timely and level-headed emergency response to critically ill inmates

Duties included but not limited to enhanced patient care by implementing evidence-based nursing practices and protocols. Streamlined nursing workflows for increased efficiency and improved patient outcomes and administering medication. Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.

Maintained accurate documentation of patient information, enabling informed decision-making among the healthcare team members. Mentored and supervised junior nurses, fostering a supportive and professional work environment.
