Since working with Amazon, I've made the top 10% in Productivity weekly.  I was awarded the VIP of the month within my department. That consisted of scanning packages at a rate of 180 daily, opening and closing multiple containers within my shift, and being dependable. I was awarded Employee of the Month several times while employed with Wipro in different departments. That consisted of hitting my monthly quality goals, answering a high volume of calls, and not having any write ups. I was awarded Auditor of the Month while employed with Wirpo. That consisted of the completed audits being done accurately at a 95% or better. Before leaving in November 2024, I was awarded Winner Circle Points by upper management and associates for my work with audits, coaching, and providing tips to avoid errors.
