The Senior Data Conversion Consultant (Sr. DCC) is a member of the Implementation Team responsible for coordinating the transition of Defined Contribution Plans to DC Plan Services. As part of this Team, the Sr. DCC will participate in the “deep dive” discovery process with the Client, Prior Recordkeeper, and Prior Trustee to capture all data necessary to complete the Implementation or Corporate Action Project. The Sr. DCC will be assigned to the most complex projects and relationships. The Sr. DCC will have the ability to higher than average project volumes without added errors or rework. The Sr. DCC will act as the primary point of contact for the client on three main parts of the Implementation or Corporate Action project:

1) The documentation and coordination of conversion data from prior recordkeepers. The Sr. DCC will work with the client to develop a Conversion Strategy which documents how the data will be converted to Fidelity. The Sr. DCC will then coordinate the delivery of this data from the Prior Recordkeeper and review the package for completeness. The Sr. DCC follows up with Prior Recordkeepers until all expected data is received and all questions are resolved.

2) The review and analysis of the standard payroll needs of the Plan Sponsor to determine the correct fit for desired Fidelity services. The Sr. DCC will establish all ongoing payroll processing to and from the client’s payroll vendor and Fidelity, as well as define and request payroll systems enhancements required for ongoing Plan processing.

3) The Sr. DCC also coordinates the transfer of assets to Fidelity, reconciles the trust balances to participants’ account balances, identifies all variances, and works with the client to resolve differences.
