I have been a published author since 2022, my book is titled, Hypertension and Hemodialysis: THe Silent Treatment on the Rise! My book is based on my personal and professional experiences as a Hemodialysis Technician. I also highlight the dangerous and harmful effects of hypertension(high blood) pressure affecting urban communities between the ages of 20 to 50 years of age. Hypertension is causing kidney failure and ultimately leading them to become dialysis patients. I also highly encourage alternative dietary lifestyle habits, stress management and overall health and self awareness.
