I also do Aeresol Therapy, Bronchial Hygiene Therapy, and Oxygen Therapy. Management of ventilator which includes placement, weaning, and extubation.

Work in a 84 bed hospital. I set up and manage the Servo(I) and Servo(U) ventilators. I assist doctors with intubation. Job description also includes Aeresol Therapy, Oxygen Therapy, and Bronchial Hygiene Therapy. Have experience in Bipap and ComfortFlo setting up. I have experience in working closely with Covid patients. Experience at this facility also include drawing and analyzing Arterial Blood Gases(ABGs).

St. Patrick is a 148 bed hospital. I Worked initially as PRN, then Full-time. I worked in the Emergency Room, Med-Surg floors, Cardiac Care Unit, and Intensive Care Unit. My duties included bronchodilation, oxygen, and bronchial hygiene therapy. Placed patients on ventilators and weaned according to the hospital's weaning protocol. Did morning ABG's in I.C.U. and C.C.U., and ABG analysis. Assisted in intubation and extubations.

Travel assignment (13 weeks). 800+ bed with several critical areas with a Level 1 Trauma Center. Training allocated to Emergency Room and Progressive Care Unit. I worked progressively in all assigned designated areas

Travel assignment (13 weeks). 700+ bed acute and sub-acute facility with four critical care units. Floor therapy that included Aerosol and Oxygen Therapy, Hyperinflation Therapy, ABG draws and analysis, Bipap/Cpap placement, Bronchial Hygiene therapy, plan of care, and patient education.

Travel assignment (15 weeks)-316 bed short-term acute facility with 3 critical care units. Worked in ICU performing ventilator checks with modification under the direction of Pulmonologist. I did Aerosol and Oxygen therapy. Assisted in ventilation and daily weaning per protocol. Administered basic floor therapy that included continuous pulse ox placement and Bipap/Cpap placement. Performed comprehensive assessments, plan of care, and education of administered drugs to both patient and family. Worked mainly in the Emergency room environment.

Acute care facility with 149 bed count- Duties include oxygen and aerosol therapy. Assisting doctor in intubation. Managed and modified Puritan Bennett 840 ventilator. Place and modify patient on Bipap/Cpap (V60), and also helped patients with home Cpap needs within the facility, ABG draws analizations, and interpretations. Educate patients both on hospital management plans and home care plans. Did EKG’s throughout hospital. Worked in I.C.U., Step-Down, Med-Surg, Orthopedics, Emergency Care-mostly in Critical Care areas

Worked PRN at this Trach Facility. It is a medium Care facility with 88 bed count-Duties included Aerosol and Oxygen Therapy. Trachcare and minimum transport within facility. Ventilator care and modification. Used Achieva portable ventilator.

Small facility with 45 beds. -duties were Aerosol and Oxygen therapy, ABG;s, placement of Bipap Vision. Intubation assistance, and preparations for transfers. My scheldule was comprised of EEG's on Mondays, Sleep studies on Tuesday and Thursday night, and Respiratory therapy every other weekend.

I worked in this County Hospital with 45 bed count. Duties included intubation assistance for patient transfer. Aerosol Therapy and Oxygen. EKG’s. I worked as student initially, then passed CRT exam and became a full-time employee.
