Program Director | Talent Acquisition Leader
Key Responsibility: Total Talent Management Solution , Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations.
- The Talent /HR Specialist serving as a subject matter expert in recruitment and placement as well as serving an advisory role for HR and technical recruitment and placement actions.
- Managing teams for IT Product, Services and Federal Companies for Staffing and Recruitment needs, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Invoicing and Payrolls.
- Oversee life cycle faculty and staff recruitment.
- Working with Client Business leaders, hiring managers – understanding their talent need and fulfillment as per SLA.
- Managed & lead recruitment teams globally (onsite & offshore)
- Identify/resolve complex recruitment and placement issues.
- Proactively identify best practices and implement in team applicable as well as stay ahead of the curve with identifying areas needing improvement and taking action to advance operational excellence.
- Hands on Recruitment experience for hard to fill, senior & niche roles and conducting Video Interviews
- Excellent communication and ability to communicate with C-level executives & Advise stakeholders on HR / staffing needs.
- Develop appropriate talent acquisition and sourcing strategies, including the creation of effective job announcements and position descriptions, as well as ad placement strategies.
- Analyze and report human resources staffing data - Drive Governance Meeting – Tracking TA & recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports to business leaders as required/request on weekly and monthly.
