The Project - Project comprises of construction of 417 Km long double railway line from Mughalsarai to New Bhaupur (Near Kanpur) (APL2) and is one of the three sections to be developed on design-build lump-sum basis 5083 Cr funded by World Bank (Loan packages APL1, APL2 and APL3)

Client: Ford India Engine and Assembling Plant – Sanand-GJ

Duration: Jun 2014 – March 2015

Role Description: Head hunting operations with honed skills in Process Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Lateral Hiring,Bulk Hiring. Preparing monthly and quarterly Recruitment-MIS. Conducting recruitment drive along with 10 team members.

Project Details: Recruited Mass hiring for Ford India, Sanand plant. Placed 2000+ candidates as a green field project.

Sourced 2700+ candidates and handled end to end recruitment till candidate's medical check and on-boarding formalities. 112+ recruitment drives, traveled across the country to source right candidates. Primarily targeted Mechanical, automobile and Electrical industry professionals from PAN India at all levels. Plan and monitor - Servicestandards, resource utilization, client handling, people management and vendor management with the objectives of running effective client satisfaction with in defined polices and budgets.
