Growing up, my parents and older brothers taught me how to persevere, take constructive criticism, think logically and efficiently, be polite, stand my ground, and help others in need.
I take these life lessons I have learned with me, along with others everywhere I go. I strive to use them to help me with my job and extracurricular activities such as sports, band and drama club to be a great example to others. These skills have helped me to develop the characteristics of becoming an effective leader. I am a skilled multitasker with a strong work ethic. My strengths are strong teamwork and organizational skills and I'm good at problem-solving as well as conflict resolution. I am able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
With color guard and theater, I am skilled in diverse dance styles and choreography. It is my goal for every performance, to be as close to perfection as possible. I help with achieving this goal by sharing my ideas, volunteering to make props, outfits and scenery drawings that can contribute to and help aid in the quality of our performances.
As a Lifeguard, I have keen observation skills and I can remain calm and grounded in stressful situations. As a Lead Lifeguard,
I'm trained to teach critical thinking skills and lead others thru safety protocols and procedures on how to work as a lifeguard. My love for creativity, art, and design, have encouraged me to go to college and pursue a Masters in Art Degree. After obtaining this degree, I plan to open my own pottery shop/studio where I can express myself by sharing the art of making beautiful pottery for others.

Band, Color Guard, Winter Guard, Drama Club, Theater, Dance, Singing, Drawing, and painting,
I play the Baritone instrument in band and I toss, throw, and catch a flag, rifle and saber along with dancing during color guard. Winter Guard utilizes those same set of skills, just not during marching band season. I am a member of the drama club and theater and we perform musicals and plays throughout the school year. I assist with the choreography for color guard and winter guard as well as some of the dance choreography for theater. I also assist with various acting scenes and props that often times requires drawing as well as painting of the props.
