• Thorough impact analysis on serial number request and response, commissioning, shipping and aggregation data before 3PL's go live
• Analyzing critical batch job failures & interface failure and providing fix by working with interface teams
• Working on critical areas like HU Management issues and RF activity related issues, Delivery process with warehouse management
• Mass maintenance of master data whenever requested by business.
