Job Responsibilities -

  • Member of PMO advisory council that set project priorities based on expected benefits, alignment with company strategy, and resource allocation

  • Led Central Programs with Budget of over $100M into CTB – Change the Bank initiatives
  • Attend the kick off meetings to understand the requirements of the project, prepare the Budget document to tally with the funds that has been approved for the business area
  • Responsible to prepare the resource demand and supply chart for the new projects proposed and for the upcoming projects that are list for the next quarter/year
  • Along the resource count, Business Justification/rationale is important to portray in front of the Global Head/Business leads
  • Once the Program/Project kick starts, responsible to prepare project Status Charter with RAG status, Risk, Issues, Highlights, Lowlights, Budget Concerns, Issues that has to be escalated etc., in one slider
  • There will be regular catch up with Program/Project Manager/Leads to provide the latest updates on the projects
  • This process will be continued until the Project is executed
  • Handle resource reports for both Permanent and Vendors – renew the vendors as per the tenure
  • Expert in Reporting and Data Analysis – Perform data collation and analysis on historic data to compare with the current data
