This position is located in the NSWCDD Acquisition Oversight and Support Division. The position is responsible for the following:
· Design, develop and facilitate Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) training sessions for the new hires.
· Research training methods suitable for skill development.
· Identify training skills that need to be addressed.
· Evaluate employees after each training session.
· Monitor employees performance during training programs
· Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools.
· Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including on-the-job coaching / instructions and virtual training.
· Provide feedback to participants and supervisors.
· Evaluate and make recommendation on training material and methodology.
· Support the Policy and Strategic Sourcing Team with Contract File Reviews
· Responsible for the development, maintenance and configuration control of the acquisition best practices and other policy documents related to acquisition.
