AULS (Automated Unidimensional Longitudinal Strain)PROJECT

• Developed automated framework to track mitral annular plane and apex position from different apical views (A2C,A3C,A4C) for faster strain analysis using code development with MATLAB using clinical dataset from Heidelberg Medical University

STEMI (ST-Elevated Myocardial Infarction) PROJECT

• Compared novel software platform (Vlachos Research Group - VRG) for transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) analysis of left ventricular (LV) hemodynamics and biomechanics with commercial software used by FirstHealth of Carolinas (FHC) system.
• Conducted research and analyzed echocardiography B-mode scans of 116 STEMI subjects using FHC dataset with in-house code to measure myocardial strain.
• Developed MATLAB code for sorting subject's scans using DICOM header information based on (A2C, A3C & A4C) apical views.
• Performed statistical analysis to identify significant strain variations across STEMI subject groups (MACE, Deceased, and Least Comorbidities), aiding in prognostic evaluation.

MICRO-PIV (Micro-Particle Image Velocimetry) PROJECT

• Developed velocity fields from micro-fluidics flow experiments using PRANA's auto/cross-correlation.
• Performed micro- flow visualization experiments in micro-channels using 1.04 μm polystyrene to achieve high-resolution particle imaging for velocity field analysis.

• Developed efficient MS excel spreadsheet, weekly progress curves to monitor projects actions and deliverables.
• Led management of Chevron Escravos gas plant and resource assignment using Primavera P6
