A great accomplishment while remaining engaged in this role has been the opportunity to serve on our TD Bank C3M Pulse Squad. We have had the ability to brainstorm actionable results based off of our Pulse feedback as well as delivering actionable results such as lunch and learns, and process improvements for our departments.
