
I am a very well-rounded, very high work ethic person. I treat guest and employees the way I would want to be treated with respect and honesty, I always want to leave a satisfying feeling for guests at all times, I want them to have a great experience even when a guest is upset I always go beyond the expectations to make sure they're satisfied, I remain positive in the store at all times, I am very reliable and absolutely hate to let others down, I take it very personal, I am very strong at training others and I progressed exponentially from year 1 to year 3 in all aspects of the front of store, wanted to be cross-trained in every other department in the store other than security on a multitude of times but never got a training session to begin that, I feel like my team leads just didn't want to lose me up front with so many other employees calling out or quitting the job. I am willing to help out as much as you need me too, I always ask to stay longer, if I see my fellow employees are struggling or if they need me to come in on my days off, I am good at multitasking. I am pretty much available the whole week. All I ask for is a chance, I may not be the best one on paper when in terms of resume, I might even start off average or slow but once I get into a rhythm, I will improve dramatically and I promise you will not regret it. I will give it my all everyday thank you.
