I am a perpetual lover of learning. I believe our minds never stop learning until the day we stop breathing. I grew up in the outdoors and I love being grounded with meditation in nature. I am working on a book to help explain how our minds process trauma, the connections we make, and its affects on the difference between neuroplasticity rebuilding in men and women's brains.
