• Collaborates with photographers, art directors, and designers, to create poses that best showcase the fashion pieces and products while maintaining a professional demeanor to execute the desired concept.
• Assists in concept styling by providing ideas, wardrobe, and props.
• Cultivates relationships with casting agents and photographers who can provide future work opportunities.
• Attends casting calls, fittings, shows, and shoots.

• Serves as a resource to new and existing customers seeking assistance with lesson sign-ups, teacher recommendations, scheduling and attendance, billing, and policy updates.
• Provides all lesson teachers with clear expectations on the processes that need to be completed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Instills confidence and resourcefulness in teachers by encouraging effective organizational skills, collaborating with them about studio equipment and etiquette, discussing topics such as housekeeping, gear maintenance, teaching strategies, and lesson approach.
• Collaborates with the store manager to coordinate semi-annual recitals.
• Communicates with parents, instructors, and management to develop an inclusive creative environment for students to learn about their instrument(s) and foster a love for the arts.
• Participates in professional development activities related to lesson planning techniques, student scholarships and auditions, group ensembles, and extra-curricular opportunities.

• Greets and assists customers inquiring about instrument maintenance and repair services, rental contract payments and history, intermediate and professional level instrument options and appointments, private lesson rates and availability.
• Navigates customer accounts within the company database, answers customer questions and clarifies any concerns.
• Handles cash, check, and credit card transactions, financial plans, and contractual agreements for schools, churches, and individual sales.
• Helps customers find specific products, offers product advice by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new product launches and company policies. Builds relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Recieve and arrange new merchandise, restock and organize shelves, curate appealing arrangements to promote customer sales.
• Participates in school rental events, encouraging young band and orchestra students to start their journey as musicians. Guides families through the instrument rental process, provides students with instruments and supplies.

• Entertains guests at both private and public, community, corporate and charity events, by singing well known big-band jazz charts. Performing 30-35 gigs per year across the city and state.
• Meets with board members to review finances, rehearsal attendance and new member recruits. Discusses potential opportunities and events in aims to advance the organization's mission and promote revenue and growth.
• Connects with a wide array of musicians and clinicians across the city, planning both educational and collaborative musical experiences.

• Worked closely with front-end staff to assist customers, bag and sort groceries keeping safety and security in mind and accompany customers safely out to their cars.
• Restocked and organized shelves and displays. Incorporated creative ideas and hands-on craftsmanship to department and company displays.
• Answered and attended to customers by guiding them to the location of their request efficiently and effectively.
