• Interact daily with property manager, vendors and residents to coordinate repairs in a timely manner. Assign work orders to crew as needed to complete tasks with high priorities and reduce response time for critical issues.
• Maintain and restock necessary parts and material to complete daily tasks. Assess, report and repair issues with HVAC equipment including new installs, 240v/120v electrical panels as well as correct plumbing issues and repair of small appliances.
• Respond to emergency situations dependent on severity and risks for additional damage to equipment or residents 24/7.

• Observed and documented field activities, sampled, tested, and inspected soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, and structural steel placement.
• Interpreted engineering and construction plans. Informed crews and on site managers of any deviation from engineering drawings and specs.
• Interacted and communicated daily with contractors, technicians, and project managers.

• Maintained main diesel generators, including rebuilding fuel injectors, fuel pumps, oil mist monitoring systems, cylinder heads, lube oil and fuel oil purifiers.
• Maintained heat exchangers, HT and LT cooling, start air and control air systems, and rebuilt compressors and pumps as needed.
• Monitored HV/LV switchboard systems, thruster variable frequency drives, chillers and reefers. Completed preventative maintenance as scheduled.
