I was hired at TNI to work as a field technician for optimum, I learned with them and stayed for a good while with them. I don't fully remember when I went to work inhouse exactly but I believe it was August 2022, while working there I went to Customers homes to troubleshoot internet, Tv, and phone. I climbed telephone poles to where the service lines were and located the dog houses on the ground for buried lines and checked the taps for proper levels for the customer to make sure they were in proper parameters. I also worked with Fiber as well. Fiber to the house and cable to the modem.
