RealtyTrac collects and aggregates foreclosure data from nearly 2,500 counties, covering more than 94 percent of U.S. households, appends the data with estimated property values, comparable sales, loan history, tax lien and bankruptcy records, trustee and lender information and property details and updates the entire database twice daily. I was brought on to build out the advertising department which prior to my arrival was on auto pilot with Google Ad Sense.
I doubled the monthly online advertising revenue in the first 3 months of being handed the position, tripled it within 6 months and grew the department to a $250,000 per month revenue generator.
I increased the CPM rates incrementally quarter after quarter throughout my employment.
