Goals

In the near future my short term goal is not only to become a young leader of an organization, but also to reflect my knowledge and experience to fellow co-workers in every aspect possible. I see this as taking the initiative to build towards the future and continually progress as not only a team, but an organization entirely., The ultimate goal of my career is to one day become a Quality Control Laboratory Manager. Since day one of entering a Laboratory setting I've witnessed great leaders represent their organization with tremendous pride and integrity. I've seen the ups and downs of the challenges they face daily, and I always told myself; 'One day I'll be in their shoes.'
