I worked for the Naval Sea Logistics Center Command as a Supply Systems Analyst in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center’s Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S) Warehouse Management.

  • Over 3 years of directly applicable experience with Naval Undersea Warfare Center’s (NUWC) inventory and warehouse operations
  • Directly assists Inventory Department with annual wall-to-wall inventory to ensure Financial Improvement Audit Remediation (FIAR) compliancy. This includes, but is not limited to, counting for accurate quantities, consolidation of material to create more physical storage locations, creating new locations in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), labeling new material or fixing labels on older material, and regular Preliminary Research (PR) on materials that are discrepant
  • Preliminary Research (PR) and Causative Research (CR) consists of using N-ERP to ensure our electronic locations match our physical locations, as well as equipment movement history
  • Conducts physical inventories to adjust and/or maintain inventory, stock, plant, or property account records
  • Participates in the disposal of program owned equipment through reutilizing, transferring, donating, destroying, or other ultimate disposition of property
  • Assisting with Dead Stock Project in order to purge material stored in the warehouse and N-ERP that has not been touched in 3+ years

  • Responsible for working with an inventory team to complete daily, quarterly and annual inventories of over 20,000 Operation Materials and Supplies worth over $300 million
  • Assist in managing various satellite locations consisting of over 20,000 additional Operating Materials and Supplies by conducting causative research and inventory management to maintain and finalize inventories
  • Maintain managing various satellite locations by utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy-ERP) to induct, issue, transfer, or dispose of Operating Materials and Supplies
  • Maintain inventory/databases for all Code’s materials inducted/expended (Bldg 47) using N-ERP transactions that I am extremely fluent with in excess of $500 million dollars. Specifically Code 25 in support of Combat System’s Shipset material
  • Conduct physical inventories and maintain inventory, stock, plant, and property account records
  • Receive, screen, and assemble lists or other documents of specific supplies, materials, or equipment needed for planned programs, work operations, or acquisition plans
