Hard working family man, I have professionally dedicated years of service to the culinary industry. I have worked my way around many kitchens, working multiple jobs at once. My career spans over the course of almost 20 years. Started on dishes, and with hard work and dedication I quickly moved forward into shift leader/kitchen manager/sous chef roles.
