- My job was to do utility calculations from a set of construction plans using a platform called Bluebeam Revu that included quantities for underground water lines, sanitary sewer lines, drainage pipes, and many other things. And with calculating all those quantities we would have to put it all on a Excel Spreadsheet, and then to finish the job we we would need to create a 3D model using AGTEK 4D earthwork program of the whole job site and include numerous other quantities before submitting the completed job to our respective estimator.
