Learned under the youth minister ministry skills as I aided in organizing events, and teaching schedules for the youth group, as well as growing in my ability and love for teaching. I learned relationship building and leadership skills. As I attended Staff and Elders meetings I began to learn how the church leadership functioned. Then after my AIM time before starting SIBI I interned again I was a chaperone for summer events and a leader/coach in Bible Bowls leading the youth and walking alongside them as they learned more about God and His Word.
